Very hard.
The taste is awesome, but the product is so stone hard it can only be eaten by having a drink and letting it desolve or it would tear up my mouth . Probably not the makers fault, just what happens when freeze dried.

I was confused by the description. I thought it was going to be actual freeze-dried peaches. Instead, it's some kind of crystalized, porous candy that's rough on the tongue and cheeks. It's also too large to put in your mouth without biting in half.
