That Thames are very good for knee pain

I bought these to ease pain and stiffness in my knees and they worked well. I then tried them on my back and they felt very hot, they actually burned my back and I have a nasty red patch, so I don’t recommend them for the back and I would be careful if using on the neck. On the positive side my knee is feeling much easier!

These are OK, worn a few now on knee 1st one was good 2nd one got quite warm, 3rd left skin very red, but saying that I will continue with these as I think they're working time will tell ,cheers

These patches are straightforward to use, although it can be a bit fiddly removing the backing from them. They have a nice pine fragrance, and I have found that they relieve a degree of aching in my knees, and legs.

These did not work for me and brought me out in a localised rash which took about a week to go. Tried on the other leg but strong burning sensation whilst I was driving so had to remove. The ones I received were in Yizemay packaging. The ingredients listed were wormwood, ginger extract, Ginseng root extract, aconitum extract and safflower extract. Compare these with description.

I have to say I really had my doubts about pain relief pads. Product was really excellent value and I was convinced to give them ago. So what if they didn’t work they only cost a couple of £s. To my utter disbelief I could feel a difference within minutes so now I am a total covert. Excellent product will definitely purchase again.

Seem to work as knee feels better when I have one on..
