I have never had the bone broth chemically tested but if you're asking if I've seen metal and no I haven't. Open farms is very responsive to questions if you send it to them I'm sure they can tell you exactly I've looked at the ingredients and I've never seen it.

Q: How long is this shelf stable in the pantry?

Unopened, shelf stable for years. Once opened, must be used quickly, or frozen.
