This is my very first robot mop and vacuum cleaner . Oh my goodness! The best thing I could have ever bought . When I tell y’all my floors are shiny after vacuuming them , I have never seen my laminate floor look so good . I also used the mop and it also works good . I just prefer to mop my own floor it’s a me thing . But when I mop after the robot is done , it’s so much smoother to mop and so shiny . Best product purchase as far as vacuum goes . Thanks yall I love it !

I have had this robot cleaner for 6 months now. It is the dumbest thing I have ever seen. It will clean the same area and find a spot to get stuck for the day. Everyday I come home It is stuck. Not knowing how much it has cleaned and watching it bump in to ever thing in my house for an hour trying to find it way back to the charger. It should know where the thing is. But it finds it way back to get stuck two or three time. Then dies or finds the charger

I bought this a replacement for my name brand one that died an awful death. I like how quiet this one is compared to the last one I had. And, I love that you can use the remote to control it, so if there's a spot that it keeps missing for whatever reason, you can just direct it over. I haven't used the mop feature, but on bare floors and carpet the vacuum does good enough. My only complaint is the battery life is less than what I'm use too.

El primer mes que la compré estaba encantada porque aspiraba muy bien, trapeaba mas o menos,no funciona para trapear muy bien pero despues de aspirar, se mantenia un poco mejor el piso, pero cada vez mas unicamente mueve el polvo de un lado a otro y ya no trapea solamente deja rayado el piso,no importa que tan bien haya lavado la tela que lleva abajo y vaciado el recipiente, creo que por su precio hizo mas o menos el trabajo unicamente por 2 meses.No les recomiendo comprarla, mi hogar es muy pequeño como para lonque hace.

We nicknamed this robot dum dum. It does not seem to have any sort of method to its madness for how it decides to clean a space. It vacuums and it mops, but without a discernable pattern. It now lives on our covered patio and since we don't care about efficiency out there it does a decent job of cleaning. Just don't expect much.

This product is amazing it has saved me a lot of time and work, clean perfectly every single inch of my house, every edge is like knows what to do; I have its schedule clean twice a day even though the house is clean but dust always comes.The feeling in the ambiance is so good much better than beforeI truly recommend it, even if you don’t have pets or kids is a great product to start with.

Have tried for a few months to make this piece of crap work, the app sucks, it won't connect to Alexa even though it says it is connected. I have had 3 Tech Savvy friends try to help connect it, we watched the video and read the instructions multiple times, and all of them had to give up. Save your time and money, I regret I missed the window to return it, so now I must take the loss.

I bought this so I can have a roving patrol to clean up husky hair. It goes around for an hour no problem. Normally I'd expect clogs or having to empty the canister multiple times but so far so good.The package comes with additional supplies like brushes, filters, little tools etc.It is a little noisy on wood floors but it's much more quiet than a vacuum. Can't beat it, especially at this price
