Good water flow and pressure
Our old showr head started leaking hence this purchase. very easy to fit in as you just unscrew the old one and put this on. the water flow is very good

This shower head is quite good. Bigger than expected. Light weight. The hose is extremely good.

Weak performance at low water pressure
I ordered this to replace an old shower head whose spray disc had crumbled. But although the new one is described as suitable for low water pressures, it delivers a disappointingly feeble spray and a low flow rate on every setting. And that was with our existing wide-bore shower hose still in place. Using the narrow-bore hose supplied with this shower head, it would certainly have been weaker still.
