The length of the wig was much shorter than what advertised. I want a refund . False advertisement. The first wig I purchased was worn, and damaged. I spoke with customer service and second wig was send to me and it is no good. The length I paid for is not the length I received. Thin volume and texture in the back of the wig thin. Very disappointed. Refund is needed.

The texture of the hair is good, the color isn't a 100% as advertised the product is satisfying for the price, as for the length the 10 inch is more like a 8 inch, the hair to the back could've been cut better...it's not heavy, easy to install ...I'm 75% happy with the item

This looks natural. the hairline needs a little work to make it personalized, but I think with a little love, it will be fine.Once I can get rid of that part, it will be perfect

My niece wore this wig for about a month before it got matted up. It had no smell and did not shed until the very end. It started shedding around the hairline. I’m unsure if it truly is human hair but it’s not terrible quality, it’s full in thickness, true to length, and is soft to the touch.

I love, love this wig! I will be ordering another, I just wish it came in more colors.
