I’ve been using the Hoverfly electric scooter for a week now, and I have to say—it’s been a great so far. I use it mostly for quick trips around the city, and it handles everything surprisingly well.I did upgrade from another cheaper cooter to this one and one of the biggest reasons I picked this scooter was for its comfort. The 10-inch honeycomb solid tires were a nice surprise. I was a little skeptical about solid tires at first (since they usually don’t absorb bumps well), but these are different. They feel soft enough to absorb some shock without the risking of a flat tire. With dual front suspension, you don’t really notice small cracks or potholes in the road. It’s not perfect on rougher terrain, but way better than other solid-tire scooters I’ve tried.The 500W motor is plenty strong for city riding. It has two speed modes. I usually stick with the second one, which gets up to 20MPH. Acceleration is smooth, and I haven’t had any stuttering or jerky starts.What really surprised me was the climbing ability. I have a few inclines in my area, and my previous 450W scooter struggled. This one still powers through at a reasonable speed. It’s not going to fly up steep hills, but it definitely doesn’t feel sluggish.On a full charge, I’m getting around 18 miles, which is pretty good for my needs. If you’re using top speed the whole time or riding up hills, expect slightly less, but overall, the battery holds up well. Charging takes 5.5 hours, which isn’t too bad, just plug it in overnight or while you’re at work.One feature I really like is the walk assist mode. If you ever run out of battery, you don’t have to push a dead-weight scooter. Just hold the minus button, and it will help you walk. It’s a small detail, but super useful if you miscalculate your trip.The digital electric code lock is great because I don’t have to carry a separate lock when stopping but area dependent. The bright headlight and flashing red tail light make me feel more visible at night, which is a must if you ride after dark.For the price, this scooter is pretty nice. It’s not the lightest scooter out there, so carrying it up stairs might be a hassle for some, but overall, it’s built well and rides smoothly. The one-year limited warranty is also nice to have.

As someone who bought several different electric scooters for each family member. I have to say this was the most perfect scooter favored by Dad. it is just awesome, size and base are very unique and like no other! can fit comfortably in its wider than usual base and has great acceleration. can climb hills and breaks work very smooth and no problem at all to use over bumpy roads. this is high performance heavy duty type of scooter you can rely on. It is much wider than other typical adult scooters and believe it or not it is not that heavy to carry around! So I would say it is surprisingly portable. It has extremely long battery life and doesnot take long to recharge. amazing and convienient. Just be aware it will be too big for a teenager. it is more suitable for an adult.

I have tried many electric scooters but this has been one of the best I have tried.PERFORMANCE- The scooter is very powerful and can climb hills effortlessly. It accelerates quickly and is very smooth. The breaks work very well and are also very smooth. The suspension is also amazing. The suspension works nicely which allows me to ride over bumpy surfaces without feeling anything. And lastly the wheels are large and durable and are even airless which means they will never deflate. The scooter easily accelerates up to 20 mphPORTABILITY- The scooter is very lightweight which makes it easy to carry around for commuting. It can even fold which allows it to fit in the trunk of my car.BATTERY- This scooter has an extremely long lasting battery which allows me to ride about 15 miles straight on a single charge. It only takes a few hours to fully charge which is amazing and convenient.VALUE- This scooter is honestly really cheap for what you get. The build quality is very strong and solid which you can really feel when you ride. It honestly may be even better than the scooters I have tried that are 700+ dollars.Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and it has made commuting for me way easier and fun. I recommend this scooter to anyone who needs to commute and also who wants to have fun. Highly recommend!

I got this scooter for my son to use on campus. He has been using it for a few weeks now and really loved it. My son is 6'2" tall, about 220 lbs, he has no problem riding this scooter on hilly roads between classes. He told me he can now go to classes faster and the rides are enjoyable. The battery life is good, he uses the scooter daily and so far he has only charged it twice. He likes the scooter so much, it has replaced his bike for his daily commute on campus.
