ever since i started this biotin product my nails and hair have become stronger. my nails use to chip a lot and my hair fall as well due to perimenopause.

Day 1, I will do a follow up after 2 weeks. The gel pills arrived very quick and sealed properly. All of the pills are in good condition and none were leaking. Yea, They are big. I did a photo next to my thumb for size comparison. If you have trouble swallowing big pills do not get these. I had no issues swallowing these. They are gels and went down smoothly. The serving size is 2 a day. I am currently in chemotherapy for ovarian cancer and my fingernails have taken a huge hit. My nails are brittle, and lifting from the nail bed. I will give a 2 week update (2nd week of Feb 2025) and let you know if I see a difference in my nails. If I notice a hair difference I will let you know but my review will be focused on nails. These softgels are large, but easy to swallow. They are great for my skin and hair health and much easier than other supplements.

I was not at all pleased with this product. The size of the product itself, is very uncomfortable to consume. They're too large for consumption
