This supplement actually works. I’ve been on it for 2 weeks and lost 3 pounds. However it does not stop all of the feelings of being hungry and lightly quiets the brain chatter.

I think it’s helping with the continuous hunger I have been dealing with.

I don’t know if it’s doping what it says on the box.. but I feel good taking it..

I haven’t noticed a difference. I don’t believe it works. It is just an overpriced pro/prebiotic.

Combined this with GLP-Activate and so far so good.

Read carefully. I can't help but wonder if they are using the term GLP because the drug by that name has such a rave following. These seem to be just a plain old Prebiotic and Probiotic. Did they just add the GLP to the name in order to justify the premium pricing? I've virtually no experience or expertise in Pre/Probiotics so I could be way off base in these thoughts.The product and package both seem to be great quality. The pills stink, but no more odoriferous than the only other probiotic I've tried. I suspect that's normal and unavoidable. Once you choke them down, no aftertaste. by choke them down I mean only due to the smell as the pills themselves are easy enough to swallow. The bottle is glass, not plastic. First I've seen that in ages, and probably a good thing as glass is less porous, keeping the contents fresher and preventing the internal smell from escaping. (I do have a bit of experience in packaging design and selection. I wasn't impressed that the bottle is only about 1/3 full, but it is a full 30 day supply, typical. I like the daily dose being only 1 pill, in line with the other probiotic I tried.No significant noticeable immediate effect for me, and I'm not prescribed GLP-1 drugs, but I'll be back to update after finishing the bottle if I start to notice better effect.

Don’t waste your money

This is one of the best probiotics I've come across. It's a really unique science based formulation. It's just 3 ingredients: 30 Billion TFUs of pasteurized Akkermansia, 4 Billion CFUs of Lactospore, DE111, and Munispore, plus 200mg tributyrin. Pastuerized akkermansia is a really interesting ingredient and has shown equal or greater benefits than live akkermansia, and the 30 Billion TFU is an excellent dosage and far more than you would get in live probitics. The 4B dosage of DE111 and Lactospore and Munispore is also excellent, and these are probiotic strains with dozens of clinical trials supporting their benefits. Finally you get a solid 200mg dosage of tributyrin which has a number of benefits for gut and metabolic health.There are only 30 servings per bottle, but it's a really fantastic formulation and one of the better probiotics I've found. I would definitely recommend this considering the quality of the ingredients, and it's great as a universal probiotic and gut health supplement and not just for GLP-1 support.
