Deceptive
Be very careful when ordering keepsake ornaments with lights and sound. I ordered this one, opened box, found the ornament but no power chord was to be found. The directions show it being plugged into either a christmas light plug w an adapter or a keepsake plug. I notified Hallmark of said Chord via Amazon s reconciliation area via email. Few days later I get a response that was very nice but stated the power chord needs to be purchased separately and went further to show where this is hidden in the fine print. Had this been disclosed in a much more visible area I 1. Would have bought the Chord to have it delivered with the keepsake so it could be used or 2. Skipped over it and found another ornament that came with power Chord or batteries. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with Hallmark Keepsakes and will end my 24 yr run of purchasing them every christmas. Others we have from Hallmark Keepsakes either came with their own chord, ran on batteries or plugged into Christmas light strand. WHY would someone buy an ornament that requires power that comes with NO way to power it? Total BS!!
