A good fit with my sous vide cooker change my outlook a little bit so I cooked some different items.
In the past I've mostly used my sous vide cooker for making steaks. However some of the special pans I make and how I like my steaks these days I tend to prefer pan frying. Popular roast beef fast food restaurant started using them the same techniques To cook Extra thick Wagyu burgers. Those burgers especially from a fast food place are some of the best I've ever tasted. Therefore I got a high grade of ground beef And decided to start making them myself. I'm not a fan of raw hamburger and sometimes even some restaurants fail to cook the center of a thick burger. This fit my sous vide machine fairly well and I was able to cook a couple of burgers at the same time. It's not just for making thick hamburgers It works really great with chicken breast Or other types of chicken. Most of the time when I want a juicy chicken breast or tender I flour it put it through an egg wash and roll it in breadcrumbs before I deep fry. Cooked almost any other way by itself the chicken turns out dry and tasteless. However after using a few seasonings and sealing it in a sous vide bag It can be cooked to perfection. No longer having the bread and then decide how long it will take To cook completely but not overcooked. I have tried this type of cooking for both burgers and chicken and they came out great. This container doesn't take up as much space or as heavy as the big kettles that I used previously. I haven't had a chance to try it out yet but I believe this will also work well for pot roast of most any kind and the other chicken parts that aren't chicken breast. The container has a nice top on it To keep the water from evaporating over long periods of time and it saves at least a little bit of energy. Recommended.

Fits My Sous Vide Perfectly
This was a perfect fit for my sous vide, and I was, initially, hesitant to purchase a cooker from a different brand. It’s an excellent fit, very lightweight (empty, of course), and has great storage capacity. The silicone lid serves its function well. I think it’s a good value for the money, too, which is great.

Worked well and good size for a family of four
My usual sous vide bin is the Rubbermaid 12 qt, but I got this one because it not only came with a custom-fit silicone lid, but it is also a bit longer to better accommodate wider bags. The bin itself is a bit thinner walled than my other one, and it also has a more pronounced rim on it. The thinner walls do make heat losss a slight bit worse, but not too noticable on shorter cooks, and it also means the bin flexes a bit more. The lid fits very well, including where the heater sits, and my off-brand Anova clone sous vide fits perfectly. The 12 quart size is perfect for a family of 3 or 4 adult-size portions to fit, and my bag rack also fits without rubbing the sides. Just like my other bin, it is made from polycarbonate, not Tristan, and has a plastic ID number of 7/Other, meaning it has BPA in it. As sous vide is a lower cook temp, and the medium is water and not an acidic fluid, and the food is in a sealed bag, there is no leaching of anything into the food, so it is a non-issue (unless you use the bin for some other purpose that circumvents these barriers).Overall I quite like this bin and lid set, and it would be really awesome if the manufacturer made a neoprene sleeve to go around it for insulation to minimize heat loss so the heater is not having to work as hard to maintain temp.

Comfortable fit for my off-brand sous vide
I’ve spent some time searching my kitchen for a cooking container that would work well with my sous vide. I’ve pretty much had no luck and was constantly struggling with the container and the unit to get them to work together. Having this dedicated bin with lid has been a huge upgrade. My off-brand sous vide fits quite perfectly with the lid and clamps comfortably to the bin. Really no issues at all to report. I like having a dedicated unit to work with and it cleans up easily. My sous vide can also sit inside the bin when not in use (it doesn’t fit perfectly but it’s still a convenient space).

Makes it easy to use my sous vide more!
Nice kit that makes my sous vide so much easier. I’ve not used it as much as I thought I would because it’s frequently a pain to find the right size and depth of pot to cook with. This makes it much easier by having a nice, dedicated pot that fits and holds the sous vide appliance in place. What a great idea. Very affordable and functional.

Good Size and Design, But Not Perfect
This sous vide container is a solid choice for home cooking. It’s lightweight yet sturdy, and the size works well for making a few portions at a time. The silicone lid is a nice touch, helping to reduce evaporation and keep things tidy. It fits my sous vide machine well, though the seal isn’t as tight as I expected. The plastic feels durable, but I do wish it were BPA-free. Overall, it’s a convenient alternative to using a bulky stockpot, making sous vide cooking more efficient and hassle-free.

Great Fit and Sturdy Build
This container works perfectly with my sous vide setup. The silicone lid fits snugly around the cooker and helps retain heat. It’s a good size for family meals and feels very sturdy. Easy to clean and doesn’t take up too much space. For the price, it’s a great value and makes sous vide cooking even easier.

Sous Vide cooking is a little messy (water drips). This make it convenient and efficient.
This is a great addition for your sous vide cooking! The silicone lid keeps the moisture (and heat) inside the container, making for a more efficient and consistent heating of the water. It's plenty large enough to make 3 large steaks, and probably 4 if I wanted to. It's easy to clean as well - making it a bonus for quick meals. It's plenty durable with no concerns. The silicone lid will get lots of condensation underneath, so be ready for that when you lift it up, or you'll drip lots of warm water all over the counter. But that's the case for any cover, not specific to this one.Overall I like it, and will use it again and again.
