Do not buy for international travel. Was confiscated in Japan. Didn’t even get to use it once.**EDIT. I can't believe the customer support on this! I wrote my review just to alert other travelers BUT customer service reached out to ME and offered options to help!!! OMGOSH not my intention but I am so impressed. This alone would have me purchase more from this seller.

Makes my hair feel soft and smooth
This is my go-to brush for de-frizzing my hair. It’s also heated to the heat level super fast like in 30 seconds. It also shines my hair instantly. I love its cordless and small and convenient for me to take it wherever I go. Once fully charged, it lasts 3 consecutive days of using multiple times per day. Btw, my hair was really frizzy and dry. This brush brings moisture and shine to my hair. Love it!

Won't hold charge for more than a week.
This brush does all that it says and the ability to change the heat is great. The display on the handle is good BUT I have to charge it every week. I don't use it everyday and just on the front of my face and bangs. This makes it inconvenient.

Right outta the box
I have rarely been so satisfied about a product as I am with this right outta the box.I am of mixed African and Asian heritage with coarse dry hair, but very manageable. This brush is PERFECT! It works very well. It is very small and compact. Comes with a nice carry case. It has a safety feature where there is a switch you have to physically move to On and OFF along with an On/Off button. That way it can not turn on on its own when carried in your bag. It also shows you how much battery you have left when you press the Power button once while it is on. I have thick hair and it took under 40 mins on 450°, the highest setting, on uncombed but previously brushed out hair. When I was done I still had 30% battery gift.The only issue that I have is that due to where the buttons are, you can turn it off ot change the heat.I would definitely buy this as a gift.

Button location is too easy to hit by mistake
This straightener works fabulously. Problem is that the button on the handle which controls the temperature is so easy to hit by mistake. I like the multiple heat levels. I like that the size will work great for traveling.

Very easy to use
The media could not be loaded. This works really well. I love how easy it is to use, and that especially if you are using it on kids you don’t need to worry about it burning them as easily as other hair straighteners.

My product didn’t work.
This doesn’t get hot. I took it to Europe with me hoping it would solve me need for a flat iron, but it never heated up. By the time I got back from Italy, the return window had closed.

Exactly what I needed it for!! Perfect for refreshing my hair before I leave the office! Gets hot enough to add huge lift and cool enough for the touch ups!
