I’ve always loved Neewer products, and this set of lights is no exception! When I first received my order, one of the lights stopped working within 20 minutes of unboxing, which was disappointing. However, Neewer's customer service was absolutely fantastic—they quickly replaced it, and within 48 hours, I had a brand-new set at my door. That kind of service speaks volumes about the company’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Since then, I haven't had a single issue, and I’m beyond impressed with these lights!I needed affordable yet bright lighting for product photography because my house is quite dark, and these exceeded my expectations. Bought for my friend to help with his youtube channel. He seems happy. Very nice quality tripods, those only are worth the money. The lights are very nice quietly also but since they require so little to function they are light weight knocking one over when extended high would probably bust them relatively quickly. So I'd be careful. I do believe they should include usb outlet adapters or what have you. I understand we all have them laying around but their not all 2amp blah blah blah. Just include them without raising the price it's kind of ridiculous. Otherwise they would get a 5 star.

Incredible for the value.* Lights are Bright.* Stands are Sturdy with versatile heads.* Stands telescope easily to a good height.The plastic covers attach by magnet and are fairly limiting. You have 3 very basic options. However - ones that allow you to change color temperature of the LEDS themselves are far more expensive.

The media could not be loaded. I would not buy this item. It worked the first couple of times. Since then one of the lights will not stay on. It lasts about 3 seconds. I’ve tried different outlets, repositioning, different plug ins, etc. I contacted Neewer customer service & they said send us a video. Haven’t heard back from them since. Scroll down to see other reviews reporting the SAME complaint (I missed them or I never would have purchased). Don’t waste your money! (The light that does work is great!)

Cheap but they do the job so well and the stands are very very good. Great for first time video lighting.

Ok but flimsy and I did not like that they did not come with the charging block.

Great little light kid for video production. Filters snap on with magnets easily. Very lightweight and portable.

Decently made. I thought the tripods were made of exceptional quality for the money but alas, the lights are really small and the light is focused on small areas, which creates contrast issues. I hated to, but had to return, because they didn’t serve my purpose.
