My doctor suggested I take Berberine. Problem is I can take pills. So I ordered liquid Berberine and its wonderful. It tastes really good, too. All it takes is just one dropperful, its so simple and pleasant. The ease of taking it in liquid form brought so much peace to me rather than trying to gag down a pill and I began feeling better within a short time.

I normally don’t write reviews, but this product works like magic! I take it twice a day in the afternoon and night! It has curbed my appetite tremendously! I haven’t lost any weight yet since I’m on day 3, but I will be definitely ordering more.

If you have low blood sugar be careful using this product. Or at least don't take it 3 times a day. It made me very dizzy upon waking one morning. I passed out on my pillow at least. It was a really weird feeling. Anyway I'm sure that this product works great, but with anything you need to be careful.

The taste is not bad. I take directly by mouth and wash down with water. I take with meal to keep by stomach at bay. I’ve taken prior to meal and my sensitive stomach was not happy, as soon as I ate something it was back to normal.I did find that this does suppress my cravings after eating, where I’m not looking to eat unnecessary snacks.

I haven’t been taking it long enough to know if it’s making a difference.It doesn’t taste very good so I would for sure put it in juice rather than in just plain water. It’s easy to use with the dropper and you don’t have to swallow any big pills.

Drops is better than capsules. I used Berbarin couple months ago. My blood sugar is under Control .
