Must have for making your own hummus.
I use this tahini product to make hummus for my baby girl knowing that it is made with great organic products. The consistency is great, just needs a little mixing. Honestly, I can't speak to the freshness but I know that my hummus comes out tasting amazing every time. Would recommend.

CONTROLS SODIUM FOR ARABIC COOKING
A staple for Arabic cooking. Must have as enjoymaking my own Humus and Muhammara as I cancontrol the sodium which is high in prepared ones.
