It was nice while it lasted.
Please be aware that if any part breaks on this item after your warranty expires, it is now a giant paper work. The handles for the swing cracked and left sharp edges. I was informed that the company only sends a part if your item is still under warranty. The manufacturer will not sell any parts. Still looks great, but swing is unusable. My granddaughter is really sad.

This came in 2 boxes on 2 separate days, it did say on the outside of the boxes 1 of 2, when we got the first box. It is holding up great, we were able to assemble it in about 20 minutes and it fits in our basement. Only downside is we have to hold it down while our son swings or else the entire thing rocks

Tips over!!
I like how easy it was to put together. There is nothing to hold it down when my grandson is on it! It could tip over VERY easily!!! DO NOT like that!!! The swing needs a brace for the back as well. He almost fell backwards out of it!!

Nice swingset but....
This item is very durable and fairly easy to assemble. However, the set almost tumbled over every time one of my grandkids got in the swing. I have a 3 year old and a 17 month old. Perhaps the 3 year old was too big for it but the 17 month old seemed the perfect size for it. We have taken the swing off and are only using the slide which I feel is unfortunate.

Ladder, bracket & support bar first. Then attach support bar to the edges/frame
So easy to put together. Took maybe 30 min by myself. I suggest putting the ladder & bracket on the support bar BEFORE putting the support bar on the frame. If the bar is on first, you can’t reach the screws because the steps are in the way. I had to take the steps off and turn it upside down to reach the bracket. I love the way it’s held together. The swing seat it great for my 1yr old and I’ve gotten so many compliments.

Dangerous!!
This product is a year old and just failed. My granddaughter was not injured seriously; however, she is under the product limitations. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!! I can’t give this no stars—but I would if I could!!

Make sure this is age appropriate for your child or grandchild
While the slide and swing are adorable and safe, it is definitely for 1 to 2 year olds. My 3 year old granddaughter is way too tall for the swing, we even twisted the sides to make it higher, but her feet hit the ground. My 18 month grandson almost hits the ground on the swing. For the money, this is very disappointing as basically we purchased a slide that will last one season. (my grandchildren are tall for their ages but I think the warning applies) The idea that a 4, 5 or 6 year old can use this per the description is totally unrealistic.
