Q: I have a very high arch. Will these be sufficient

If you can get a correct fit with these sandals I believe they will probably work for you. The main problem (and why I sent mine back) is that they run several sizes too small. Reading through the reviews I realized that this was an ongoing problem. I ordered two sizes larger than I usually wear. The arch support was high and very solid, but the shoes (even two sizes larger) were not only too short, but too narrow, as well. I was disappointed with the product for those reasons. Returning the order was easy, however. Good luck

I have several pairs and none of them are narrow. They are all medium width and run very true to size. They are very comfortable.

In my opinion, the foot bed is neither hard nor soft. They are very comfortable; yet, they also provide good support.
