My box has a date of March 2023.

Q: would the packaging includes a gel ice so that it doesnt melt while being shipped?

Package didn’t include a gel ice. I will not buy it again

Q: why was box torn and delivered in a plastic bag with wafers crushed. The chocolate was melted and stuck to the packet. Can’t process a return.

Just enjoy the melted chocolate.
