This high quality super dense EVA foam is specially designed for your cosplay and costume needs. Many EVA foam claim to be "density", but in fact, most are low to average density of about 30kg/m3 (2lbs/ft3). Our super high density EVA foam is more than 85kg/m3 (5lbs/ft3), making it much better for cosplay design experience: 35" x 59" large cut is hard to find = great for large projects, less need to be linked together and less looking. 1 closed cell, 85kg/m3 (5lbs/ft3) ultra high density = 1 piece can get more pieces for smaller projects Heat shaping is easier and the foam retains its shape. 3.Sanding the foam will be smooth. Cutting and dremeling are more accurate. Smooth on both sides = easy to stack foam but no textures needed. 2mm thickness = ideal for small to medium armor or accessory pieces or for layering High density so it can be sewn.
