Q: How fast do you see results?

It takes time. Your soil did not get in the shape it is in overnight and it want get better overnight. This product is like taking a probiotic. Taking one helps but you probably want notice it. But if you continue to take the probiotic for several months you will fell much healthier. Same here, you should put it out at the correct rate for every 4-6 weeks through out the season and you soil will become much healthier.

Q: How soon after application can I use my sprinkler system?

Would not hurt to use it right after. Watering the products in is good. Just don't put out so much water that you have runoff.

Q: Does this product work on Discovery Bermuda lawns?

Do NOT *mechanically* dethatch Bermuda lawns. Bermuda takes ground with rhizomes and stolons. Mechanical dethatching destroys these vital appendages. The smattering of dried dead grass you can see through your turf is NOT thatch. Thatch is below the surface, and depending upon its accumulation level, is between an inch greater of 'spongy-feeling' material. This is what makes your soil hydrophobic, which prevents the water from penetrating deeply. This now perpetuates the cycle of thatch formation - additional dead rhizomes forcing younger rhizomes to compete for the only available water trapped in that tiny subsurface layer. Biological treatment is the way to go when eliminating excessive thatch is your goal.
