Crazy not to own one. defrosts things , cleans without chemicals excellent on grout.

I love it. I'm finding things i need to steam clean with it. Wish the tank was bigger but it works great.

Only holds 8 ounces of water. Does not have cloth pad at all for cleaning upholstery. Does work well, directions on use are clear.

El vendedor muy servicial hizo el envío a Puerto Rico gratis y (muchos vendedores ni siquiera entregan aqui) super rápido y eso es excelente.Pero el producto es pésimo. Lo llenas de agua y no dura más de 1 minuto trabajando. Allí esperas a que se enfríe para volverlo a llenar de agua. Allí vuelve y trabaja por 1 minutos, vuelves a esperar que se enfríe, vuelves a llenarlo de agua..... mire para pasarle vapor a 1 matress por un solo lado estuve casi 1 hora. El matress terminó empapado de agua porque también gotea agua.. Tan pronto pasan unos segundos calienta, el mismo se apaga, te sientas a esperar que vuelva a prenderse y allí se le acaba el agua.... corres al grifo a echarle más agua, vuelve y se apaga, esperas a que vuelva a prender.... esto es una pesadilla. Lamento decir que no sirve. Lo use 1 sola vez y esta en la caja sin uso. No sirve. Es una pérdida de dinero. El manufacturero debe devolver el dinero a todos los que le han comprado tan inútil artefacto.

Used it for a couple minutes in the bathroom it was fine, moved to another area and refilled it correctly but when I went to use the long extension again, same one I had already used, it was leaking hot steam and water from multiple spots the handle was too hot to even touch. I unplugged it and can't figure out a way to even contact the seller.

I purchased this steamer on 4 Dec 23 and it quit working on 26 Dec 24 and today I purchased another one to replace it.

I used to have a shark steamer mop with a detachable base to use as a portable that had died on me. I needed another steamer because I have never found anything better for shower glass and hard water buildup. The steam is great at breaking up the mineral deposits and can turn 15 year old glass into brand new looking again. This also works great for getting burnt on gunk off of cooking surfaces as well with the steam nozzle. Only thing that could make this better is somehow making it cordless but I don't think you would get enough energy to heat the water in that case.
