Zebra 800015-440 True Colours YMCKO Color Ribbon for iSeries Card Printers, P310i, P320i, P330i, P420i, P430i, and P520i. 200 Prints.

Purchased for our still working zebra i series P310i badge card thermal printer from 2006-2008. This is definitely our machine but if it ever happens to you this could help.. Sometimes the ribbon will move slowly on the roller like it struggling to roll. When this happens and it almost not moving or even rips,1. take the ribbon out (you might notice the used side is off center a little)2. cut the ribbon ( but make sure you notice which direction the ribbon is going on it and what side faced out.3. take all the ribbon off the used roll (throw away)4. Take the fresh ribbon and tape the end in the right direction so it rolls correctly (make sure its centered)5. Pop back in the machine and let it feed a once or twice to make sure its on correctly.This is just a trick I use. There might be better way to accomplish the same thing but so far this has never let me down.

The ribbon arrived an entire week earlier than I expected it to, and worked better than the ribbon I had previously bought straight from Zebra.

I installed it as the instructions and video show. Machine still thinks it is a monochrome ribbon. There is suppose to be a chip in the roller that tells the Zebra printer that it is a color ribbon. If there is, it does not work.
