It’s a great book. All the chapters are laid out with great level of research. I got a complete new perspective on the subject. The seventh edition is a whole lot different than that of the sixth edition. If you are thinking of grabbing an older edition to substitute the seventh edition then it would be a mistake as this book is quite different than its predecessor.

Four Stars
This book is for a negotiation course I'm enrolled in. It's okay but can sometimes be a little confusing.

Good save
It saved me at the last minute. The audio book being shared among students was completely erroneous.

Loose Leaf is not Correct
Make sure you pay attention to what you are ordering!! The picture of the loose leaf is not a lie, and if you order this you will get a book filled with readings, exercises and case studies. Even if you click on "view inside" of the loose leaf, it is not correct.Buyer beware! The links are not correct!!!!!!!
