Description and Preliminary Testing: 4.75 stars
The unit is compact and a little heavier than I expected. The two carabiners also snap the folding panels shut. The white light is very bright with steady on, flash, and strobe. There are 4 blue lights to indicate charge level and charging. It appears lights 1 through 4 represent battery charge level. There is a 5th "hole" in the case (would be position 0) but there doesn't appear to be a light in that location. On arrival, there were 3 lights of charge level. When initially charging on USB, the 4th light was still blinking after more than 12 hours of charging. The lights are a little difficult to see as they are not very bright.I then charged my S10 phone using a USB cable. The phone’s battery level was at 86% and fully charged in 31 minutes, about the same speed as my wireless AC charger. I then placed the unit in bright Arizona sunlight for about 5 hours. It was very warm when I retrieved it but not as hot as I expected (outside temperature was just over 100 degrees in the shade). The battery charge level showed 4 blue lights. I put it back on USB charging and it shows 4 blue lights. This should indicate the battery is fully charged. The case is leather or artificial leather. My phone is in an Otterbox Commuter case and it charges wirelessly with the case on,.The unit indicates it is 8000 mAh rather than the 6500 listed. The USB outputs are labeled 2.1A. The input charge port is micro USB (not type C).I also returned the first one I ordered because the battery level 4th light was still blinking after USB initial charging all night. The second unit behaves the same way. I don't know of any way to test the true battery capacity.I charged my S10 wirelessly again when the battery was at about 86%. There were 3 blue lights for battery level after charging. I placed it back on USB charging. The 4th light blinked and was still blinking 3 ½ hours later. When the USB charging cable was removed and the battery level checked, it showed four solid blue lights. As soon as the USB charging cable was inserted, the 4th blue light started blinking again.I rate this as 4.75 stars presuming the four blue lights indicate full charge level and the even though fully charged, the blinking 4th light represents USB charging.

Worth the money
I saw this on a survival page/video and thought I would check it out. I have to say I thought it wasn't going to be all that but it proved me wrong. This portable solar panel is great, it has a strong Led flashlight, 1 micro input, 2 USB outputs, and a wireless charger. This is great to have incase the energy goes out and when your on the move out doors.

Extremely useful but has serious flaws!!!
Never seems to fully charge had it on a charger for 3 days and 4 light never stopped blinking. Doesn't seem to fully charge up or be able to charge my phone. It's a great concept but needs a bigger battery like 10000 mAh and USC C fast charging as well. Please upgrade this unit because it is extremely useful!!!

Great item for emergency kits
Great solar power bank. The solar panels charged in the low light in my house. Though not the toughest case it's sturdy and the foldable panels are secure enough and are connected well and secure. It's not totally waterproof as the port covers aren't very secure and open easily. I like the security of having a higher quality lighter weight solar panels weighing 15.1oz. Pleased with my purchase.

Does NOT work
As an avid backpacker and mountaineer, I was really excited to use this solar battery on the trail so that I would have some way of keeping my phone just charged enough to be able to send an emergency text if necessary. I was super excited because some of my mountaineering buddies had solar charged power banks that they LOVED that looked at least from the outside like this one.Well, this one DOES NOT WORK! I've used it on multiple trails, and every time it has failed. It will barely charge my phone once before needed to be recharged, and even after a full day strapped to the outside of my backpack on a bright sunny day, no dice. It hasn't charged at all. I've had to cut one trip short because of this, and detour on several others to places where I could recharge this. Unsure if I just had a bad pack, but this Survival Frog ain't surviving

They covered everything with this Solar Charger
I love it I wish that I would of found this before now four panel solar charger it’s slim light wait and compact and it’s got four panels for quick charging even without a lot of sun you can just hang it on your pack and it charges as you walk it comes with two clips for hanging on your back pack I hope if you’re looking for a good solar charger this is the one my wife got the other one two heavy and it’s got to sit in the sun not a fan of hers it big bulky and heavy this one is stylish black leather and compact and I guarantee you love this one as much as I do

Small enough
This was the perfect compromise between a larger one that was difficult to fit in my pocket and the smaller single panel ones that barely even charge. The single panel power banks will give you like 2-5% if you leave them in the sun all day, so you really need a multi-panel bank, however most of them aren't really designed to fit in a pocket. It's still a little big, but it's close enough. My only real complaint is that the capacity is about a quarter of the capacity of my other similar power bank and it's only about 20% smaller

Did not work for me
When the sun and full charge did not work for me on my first unit, I returned it and tried a second one. i deep charged and it took a better charge. The problem with the sun charge is i live in Cleveland Ohio. and it has a lot of overcast days and not enough sun even on bright sunny days to keep it in the sun and let the blue light show it is on charge and yet it never fully charged even after two sunny days in Cleveland Ohio. it may work in a better location. when deep cycled twice I could only get one charge to my Galaxy S-24 ultra cellphone. the unit would only charge the cellphone 75% to 100% according to how low it was when I put on the charger. Note: even if charged 75% to 100% it would not the ability to charge it a second time. I returned the unit. it may work for someone else but not for me. I tried two of them.
