Q: some comments say some pieces are missing, i do really worry about that...

That is true. The hooks that holds the main bar where you put the hangers are missing, making the whole rack useless. Also, if will fall apart after two weeks of use if you hang heavy coats. Do not buy this, mine has gone to the trash a long time ago.

It should be three but I only received two, I didn't complain as it was last one in stock

You'd have to look at the product description as I had the last one of the old stock and it was missing the bottom part, sorry I can't be more helpful
