Great for Contact Wearers
Summary:I have had the "Razer RPG/Onyx" Gunnar glasses for almost a year, and still wear them daily at work and at home. The build quality is excellent, and I would recommend a pair to contact wearers either experiencing, or trying to prevent eye strain.Notes:1) On days that I wear my prescription glasses I can get by just fine. I still prefer my Gunnars over regular glasses when it comes to eye strain, but there is not a huge difference.2) The glasses are very comfortable. I wear over ear headphones for extended periods with no issues. The bridge support will leave little indentions on your nose after wearing for a few hours, but they fade after a few minutes.3) I have been very pleased with the build quality. I wear mine daily and they travel in a backpack between work and home. There is little to no difference in appearance and function between them now and when I bought them 10 months ago.4) It takes a bit to get used to the amber lenses and the slight magnification. Both were off putting at first, but you get used to it and grow to depend on it.5) These glasses will not "fix" eye strain, only prevent it (if that makes sense). If I stare at a bright computer screen with my contacts and no glasses I will still experience eye strain. The glasses just act as a barrier.6) I do not own any other Gunnar glasses, so I cannot speak to those directly as far as build quality.7) Other ways that I have found to help with eye strain or dry eyes is to dim the screen (dark modes are awesome), and make sure you keep the contacts fresh (a.k.a. replace when you are supposed to, don't sleep in them all the time, etc.).I hope someone finds this helpful, and good luck in your search!

Quality!
I have purchased these glasses due to the brand make. Now time for a critique! :)First the positives :- The build of these glasses are extremely robust. Unlike other computer glasses I have bought ( which have failed on me and broken ) these feel they will last a very long time.- Works very effective, if you work on a computer for long hours, especially for e.g. if you are in an office or a graphic designer.- The lens of the glasses are yellow but the most fascinating feature about them is : Do not let the colour of the lens fool you. These glasses retain natural eye colour so you will not see no yellow. These glasses are perhaps ( although pricey ) are the ultimate pair of glasses that I have bought so far. I am very impressed with them.- The glasses has a nose support frame ( built in ) which is extremely useful to prevent the glasses from moving or falling off.The bad points about these glasses -- The lens of these glasses can become dirty easily but this can be easily resolved by getting some cleaning spray and using the cloth that comes with these glasses.- A second bad point that made me annoyed at first ( but was easily resolved ) is the glasses do not come with a hard shell case. But instead a soft pouch that offers no protection to the glasses. Especially when paying at this premium price : a hard shell should come with it. As mentioned : This was easily resolved by purchasing a cheap hard shell case.Overall : Highly recommended to other Amazon shoppers that are looking for reliable glasses that do not break, feel flimsy or the colour of the lens ( such as orange for example ) ruin the way you see things. These glasses are the real deal.

Fantastic Product That Is True To It's Claims
Ended up buying 3 pairs of different blue light blocking glasses from 2 different brands. These were by far the best. I will admit I was skeptical but I do use F.lux and other blue light blocking filters so do value the idea.Size: These are the only product from Gunnar to fit my large head. Tried another pair and they put pressure on my temples. These have double barrel hinges so can bend outwards to automatically fit many different head shapes and sizes. They also sit close to the skull so headphones are comfortable to wear. These have really been thought out. The soft nose pieces are a dream compared to plastic frames. They don't leave an imprint as long and offer a premium feel.Efficacy: Night and day difference in reduced fatigue levels. I am at my screens 8 hrs a day or more, usually continuously and under stress. I can not believe how refreshed I feel at the end of the day vs when I didn't have these. It is an unmistakable difference. I immediately noticed the +0.25 magnification and wasn't sure I would like it. It it actually great. Doesn't take much to get used to and reduces eye strain. The lens colour isn't as bad as I thought it would be. Granted I don't do anything that requires precise colour accuracy so can't comment on that but I enjoy the colour actually, much less harsh on the eyes. The curve on the glasses is supposed to create a micro climate that traps moisture to keep you from blinking as much. I believe it does what it says it does. It certainly isnt like a pair of sealed foam goggles but definitely prevents airflow across your eyes. I believe it is a contributing factor to how good I feel at the end of the day.In terms of feel and weight I forget I'm wearing them most of the time and almost left the house in them the other day. The lenses are thick and high quality. Easy to clean and the coating seems to hold up well to scratches etc. Conclusion: I will absolutely buy another pair if for any reason these wear out, break etc. They seem expensive but return your investment in spades by assisting you in maintaining higher levels of productivity. My sleep patterns seem to be getting better as well. Kudos to Gunnar Optiks!

Good set of computer glasses, no problems here.
After doing research comparing the cheaper alternatives to the GUNNAR brand, I decided to pay the extra money and stick with the GUNNAR brand. I've had 2 older sets of GUNNAR computing glasses which I've still got, one being a special Call of Duty branded set and one has a classic appearance to it but still amber tint.I do a lot of computing and having these glasses on does genuinely help my eyes - especially when looking at screens that have applications and websites without any night/dark mode theme (sorry Amazon, but you need to add in a night mode for that late night shopping!). The glasses also do a small magnification (very small, probably 1.01 or 1.02x, don't quote me on that) so things seem a tiny little bit larger than they are.Overall, I'd recommend these. They'll help protect your eyes for long gaming and computing sessions.
