These pickups are amazing they mind me the 60s sound of rock and roll like hang on sloopy they blow me away i am going to buy this set up again

I ordered this combo package to use in an Esquire parts build. I used the bridge p/up, and everything except the neck p/up. This setup worked extremely well in my application. The ohms were within the advertised range on the p/ups.The bridge p/up has that bright,hot-clean Tele sound. This thing can get righteous. According to the height of your setting choice, it has a good range of sound.The switches, knobs, soldered joints are very good. The t/v pots are the large style, also the cap.I played it on a 5 watt Valve Jr, it stays pretty clean (amp=3/4) (guitar=1/2-3/4); it can get dirty further on up, if needed. I played it on a Line6 30 using one of my presets with clean and a small touch of reverb. Pretty much the same results. Enjoy!

Not sure if I just got a bad one . It happens with pickups but the neck pickup has little to no brightness and is very muddy and dark. To be fair this is a great value kit. The chrome is very nice. The 3 way is good. The bridge and saddles are great. For this price you won't get a kit close to this quality but that being said maybe plan on getting a better neck pickup if you want your guitar to sound amazing. The orange drop is perfect. Pots are full sized and have no scratchy noise. I posted a pic of the kit in my build to show you the quality.

This is a fantastic set.Great cleans (I coppered the cavities and ZERO hum)Great twang and also does distortion well.Punches way above its class and is easily worth the $45 I paid.Not as articulate as Lace Sensors, EMG's, etc. but they are a big step up from Squier and MIM level.Very happy with my purchase.

I was impressed that the pots are large and the pick ups are wound.This is a premium feature at a bargain price. It will be a month beforeinstallation, but I am looking forward to it.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve built half a dozen Tele style guitars, this was a good way to get into decent controls, a decent bridge and in my opinion awesome sounding pick ups. these pick ups sound as good as any of my American telecasters. Now I did take the time upon assembly and this guitar to use copper shielding tape and that made a huge difference. I have a couple other telecaster projects and I’ll definitely be investing in these pick ups again. included a video (please humor the imperfections)

This set up sounds as good as the "originals"

I just bought a cheap tele style guitar, it never sounded right let alone good.If you have crappy tone in your tele style guitar. Then buy this ! You’ll be happy you did.
