A “MUST HAVE” for Every Vespa owner!
If your like me, and want to make sure things are fixed/done right! Then this Hynes service manual is a “MUST HAVE” for Every 2005 to 2018 Vespa owner (I believe Hynes service manuals for other year Vespas are also available). Just to name a few: Torque newton meters/foot pound (for every srew that you take off and have to tighten back) kind of fluids used/needed, fluid levels, electrical schematics (for any repairs or even upgrades you might want to do. You can finally know what each color wire is for!). You name it, the manual has it! Step by step and with either color or black and white clear crisp pictures. To give you an example of why a service manual like this is needed (to do things right), I called 2 local Vespa dealers and asked their mechanic what kind of engine oil viscosity do i need to buy for my 2015 Vespa Sprint 150cc. Both Vespa dealer mechanics gave me 2 different answers! Thats all i needed to convince me why this Hynes Service manual is a “MUST HAVE”. Since purchased of manual, ive changed: engine oil, gearbox oil, drive belt, spark plug & air filter. I will continue to follow the service recommendations to keep my Vespa running for many miles to come. I hope you get as much use of the book (and save as much money) as i have.

Typical Haynes manual, very informative!

Review models covered on the back cover of the manual. Not all models from 05 to 18 are covered.
The title of the manual says it covers Vespa models (GTS, GTV, GT, LX, LXV, S, Primavera & Sprint) from '05 to '18. I have a 2007 Vespa LX150, so I thought I was good to go. I received the book and discovered it only covers LX150 models from '09 to '14). I suspect they don't include '06 to '08 LX150 because they are carbureted models. There is no mention of carburetors in the index, only fuel injection. In flipping through the book it appears it provides a lot of information for many different models, just not mine.
