Product works just as it says. Last longer and sticks better. My physical therapist used it on my knees and I am so glad I followed up getting my own. I have recommended it to several people and they love it too.

Really stays on...for days. Very tight. Really, really helps. Box has insert with pictures and instructions for just about every place on your body where it can be used. Truly good tape. Recommend.

I have tried the KT tape Pro, and it does not stick or work the same as this. I tried something different trying to save some money but in the end the rock tape is always the one that does the job and sticks for a couple days as the other ones claim they will stick through days and water they do not and come off and roll up in the shower when I get out. The rock tape it tends to last depending on how much exposure to water. It does not lift as much as other brands, and sticks longer, and really helps with my pain. I have chronic back pain and nerve pain where I end up in the hospital getting pain shots or the doctors. Rock tape has helped me a lot, to not get shots as much as before.

I loved using Rocktape so much, I became a FMT Basic Certified Instructor! Rocktape help me tremendously with my TKR surgery, and the support Rocktape provides for my knees is better for me, than using a brace!

Product does what it's meant to do very durable stays on through several showers reasonably priced

I used it for my knee and on my son's shoulder. RockTape stays on from 5-7 days and stays on when showering. Use a blow dryer to dry the wetness off. Clean skin with alcohol, it sticks on better. Rock Tape helps in the healing process.

The media could not be loaded. The tape did not stay on, the other rock tape stayed. I was able to keep the other type of rock tape to stay on for at least 72 hours. This tape only lasted four. It is a shame I would not recommend buying this brand of rock tape. Rock tape does work but this particular rock tape does not. After talking it over with my physical therapist, he cannot understand why the tape was not holding and he's been doing this type of taping for quite some time. He put the tape on his arm and hand and it did not hold it came right off he could not have an explanation of why this happened. It is a defective product in my opinion and the money should be returned to anybody who buys this tape.
