Fit was perfect, no problems tilting screen past 90 degrees. Check to make sure the cover is on the right, not upside down. The protective keyboard pad fit well, no problems typing or shifting. The plastic seems durable. It’s not as firm as the Specht (sp) brand, but more pliable. Overall, it’ll do what it’s supposed to do and protect my computer from scratches and dings at a fraction of the cost. Underside vents are a nice touch.

This is my update after about 6 months of use. The corners of the case have chipped off. I had to take the bottom of the case off because the fan on my MacBook Air was continually running and I think the case was keeping heat in. It also shows fingerprints and it does not come clean as I said in my previous review. I'm going to look for something better.I am glad I have the case on my new MacBook Air. The case fits well and you are able to easily open it (no interference between the top and bottom of the case). However, the beautiful matte finish quickly got dirty with fingerprints and no longer looks good. I don't seem to be able to clean it. Also the keyboard cover is not an exact fit and since it has the black keys with cutouts father what the key is, on some keys you can't see what the key is (it, especially the symbols on the top row...$ % & -). I am buying another one that is clear.

First impression is good. I just got the clear frosted on so I cant speak for color. I like the frosted look though. It still shows the gold color of the laptop but its muted so it looks more professional for work. It snapped right into place without any problem and the ports are still open and accessible. The New MacBook Air has a very slick feeling this helps with that, and it feels very nice. The cover doesn't add any weight or bulk to the MacBook Air either. The keyboard cover is good so far also. I wasn't sure I was going to like it but I do. I even forgot it was on - which is a good thing.

I put 4 stars because the keyboard is very cheap. It constantly moves and I have long nails that have already dented some of the silicon.The case itself is easy to install but make sure you don’t have any lotion on your hands because it shows fingerprints. I purchased the clear case but it looks more like frosted glass than anything. You still can see the logo and color.

I’ve had this case for just over a month and already the corners are coming apart.. I don’t handle my laptop roughly or move it from place to place.. it stays at home and this is damage just from opening and closing my laptop every day. The case itself is nice, but the durability is not great

The case snapped on nicely the first time I tried. Great fit.The keyboard cover, however, is a total loss. It doesn't fit the keyboard, and the letters/symbols do not align with those on the keyboard itself. Makes you dizzy just trying to read through the cover. I'm tossing it out. Also, the case seems to collect fingerprints and smudges. Hassle to rub out; messy to look at.Bought the case in December 2020. By March 2021, the front top corners were splitting; by April 2021, the corners were chipping off. The case has never been mistreated or dropped. I do use the corners to open the laptop.

looks good, feels sturdy, and does not weigh much. Installation was ok except the instructions were hard to understand as the images were too small and not very clear. Finally figured it out on my own.

This case has been a great pickup. For what it is, I think it’s one of the best, if not the best case right now for price and what you’re getting . I can’t really imagine that it’s any lesser in quality than an overpriced case sold by anyone else.I will say, however, the instructional sheet is a little hard to read especially when installing the top component of the case. There are two tabs that stick out and it took me a second to realize that I had applied it backwards but it was an easy fix so really no harm, no foul.Overall, a really good case and comes with the added bonus of the keyboard cover.
