Accidents and decades of night time teeth grinding left my teeth in poor shape. Sensitivity toothpastes were no longer helping me. My teeth were at the point where taking a sip of water was an extremely painful experience. So big that it is hard to close your mouth when they are in.- no other cons!RECOMMENDATIONS:- the instructions indicate to keep the gel-filled tray in your mouth 5 minutes each evening for 5 consecutive nights. When I did that the first time, the treatment only lasted about 2 or 3 months. The second treatment I kept the trays in my mouth for 10-15 minutes each night. That profoundly improved the length of time before needing another treatment.- I have a night time bite guard that is much smaller and better fitting that their trays. I use my bite guard for my upper teeth instead of their tray.

My teeth have had very bad enamel erosion, so my teeth are very sensitive depending on what eat or if I just had dental work. While Sensodyne has helped, it takes awhile and is very temporary. I am so glad I thought to look for something like this because I noticed much less sensitivity the next day after one use. I used it 5 nights in a row and left it in for 20 minutes. I was lucky in that the trays fit my mouth great without molding them. The only thing I didn’t like was that the gel was so thick I felt it didn’t really make much contact with my teeth. I noticed this during my first treatment, so I started brushing it on my teeth first then putting the trays in my mouth. Forming the mouth trays to my teeth was easy! I like the fact that it comes with a case for the trays as well. On the back it says it’s recommended to use once per day for 5days consecutively and for 2 to 3 months now personally I didn’t do it for the recommended time frame! I used it one time after I finished whitening my teeth for 10days and it made my sensitivity go way up so I stopped using it all together after that. Fast forward a couple weeks my teeth are now back normal without the help of this and instead THE HELP OF SENSODYNE toothpaste!

I’ve been truly suffering. 2 months ago I had some fillings and idk if it irritated the nerve or what but my teeth have been severely sensitive to a point where even room temperature water hurts. I’ve tried going back to the dentist to get the filling redone, and I’ve tried sensodyne but nothing was helping. I’ve been unbearable pain for months. This product looks like it has been produced in unsanitary Indian workshop that you see all over the internet. The packaging is suspicious: it’s a cheap zip lock bags with no instruction, dosage of the listed ingredients, the cheap cardboard that has a stretched image with pixels behind the letters. I will throw it all away, since mouth guards would only work for a 6 feet tall person that would have a massive jaw. There is half of an inch space inside for teeth, it won’t snug unless your teeth are massive.

I woke up one morning with the worst sensitivity cold in one tooth. When in contact with anything cold, I had a throbbing feeling. Looked at the reviews of this product and they looked positive. I already scheduled an appointment with the dentist and said give this a shot. Got in in the mail, made the mold of my teeth with the tray. It was simple. Just put it in boiling water for a few seconds, take it out with spoon, unfold it, as its cooling down gently bite into it. It will make perfect tray for your teeth. I added the paste all around where the sensitive area was. Left it in place for almost two hours. Took it cleaned it, put it the holder, and dont wash your mouth out. In the morning I tried drinking ice water and the pain was completely gone. The direction said the repeat the process for 5 days. Im now on my third day completely pain free. I would recommend this to anyone having sensitivity issues.

Been using this stuff for 10+ years after whitening with something like Opalescence to minimize sensitivity. It definitely works! I used to have post-whitening discomfort that was a 9 on the pain scale, but after using this the discomfort has been down to maybe a 2 and doesn't last long. No whitening properties that I can tell - just helps minimize the ache.
