My grandson loves the car, but her mother just called me and said that she put the batteries but the remote control doesn’t work. What we can do? Can you send that part or we have to return it. It is difficult because the child is 3 years old and wants to even sleep with it. What do you suggest please. Margarita

These are not the greatest. Not super heavy duty by any means. I feel like my kids are going to break them really fast unfortunately. Indoor use only for sure! Also be prepared to stock up on batteries.
