Great book! Got it for an MBA level course on mergers and acquisitions and it was easy to read, simple to follow and had plenty of updated research to back up it up, even pointed out when the research was contradictory and where things are more subtle.

Great resource. Not just for investment bankers--tax and corporate attorneys too.
