stops working and customer service will not replace
I have bought 3 of these in the last 2 years. they just suddenly stop working. This last time I paid for insurance knowing it would quit again. when it failed I called customer service, After having to send pictures of every part of the antenna system. One part & picture at a time over A week They blamed my cable & refuse to replace control box. even though it was the same cable that came with the antenna & every time I replace the control box it works for a few months. Save yourself aggro Buy another brand antenna I am going to.

No power cord. Why the heck?
Went to replace our existing box. The power cord got cut and blew everything out. THERE IS NI POWER CORD WITH THIS BOX. NOT SURE WHST THE POINT OF THST IS. VERY VERY UNHAPPY.
