Pureology Colour Stylist Piecing Sculpt High Hold Sculpting Fiber Paste, 3.4 oz

Arrived quickly and works well for both male and female hair needs. I use it to smooth back and hold pony tails, buns, and braids. It also tames ends and fly aways while providing texture. BUT it has also replaced the male-specific "Crew" styling pomade with noticeable benefits. With just as much control as the former pomade, it does not choke the life out of the scalp or stunt hair growth. More men should try this product. In my estimation it is more natural and conducive to sustaining hair growth. It can only be improved by being less expensive, but then again with this product you actually get what you pay for.

I didn't like the way it made my hair feel. It felt dirty and heavy, not at all like Pureology's other styling products. I wasn't sure what to expect really, from the description I was hoping it would allow the chunkiness of my cut to be seen. Lots of layers underneath, lots of cutting into my hair at different angles to get rid of so much thick, heavy, frizzy, curly hair. It didn't do this at all. I tried it again, this time leaving my curls instead of straightening them, just to see what it would do. My curls look great when they are wet, then dry to so much frizz. Nope, didn't work for this either, just heavy, dirty feeling, frizz. There isn't much for directions or how to achieve desired results, maybe something like that would help. I followed the directions it had and was very disappointed.

light weight and very creamy. does the job if you don't need a tremendous amount of hold. smells great

I miss the old stuff which they don't make anymore. This stuff is too sticky and my hair doesn't like it like the other stuff worked great.

This is a great hair care product. I cannot find it in the stores where I live; so I am very happy to find it here at Amazon. It seems to last along time; and the price is not bad. It is great for holding hair in place and styling my hair. This is the only hair care styling product I use.

I really like this product, but am not sure how well it actually "sculpts". I use a very small amount on my wet hair before blow drying and it makes my hair look smooth and feel soft - I then use the tiniest bit on my cowlick to tame it. I have a longish pixie cut and fine hair. It does not weigh my hair down or make it look like there's product in it, which is what I wanted. Perhaps if you use more you can sculpt a hairstyle, but I use it to add softness and tame fly-aways.

SAme as the rest too heavy of a product for me.
