Tick-Tock is too loud to ignore
My teen daughter needed a white nurse's watch for a medical training class, so I thought this would be an inexpensive yet practical option. She likes the overall look of the watch---bold hands, easily-seen red seconds hand, markers for military time---but the loud TICK TOCK of this timepiece is distracting. She noticed it especially when taking pulses, because the ticking conflicted with her concentration on counting pulse beats. This watch is OK aside from the loud ticking, but I will certainly be "upgrading" my daughter to a better (and quieter!) nurse's timepiece as she continues her medical studies.

Great watch
I love this watch! Super comfortable on my wrist. The only thing is, the thing that goes into the adjustable holes might break eventually because it feels a little cheap. Other than that, it’s the perfect watch for nurses!

It looks more expensive and doesn't tick loud like other reviewers had described
The watch I recieved is a different watch than advertised, however I am pleasently surprised with the watch I recieved. It looks more expensive and doesn't tick loud like other reviewers had described. The band is meant for larger wrists. I have an average size wrist for a woman and I have it on the tightest it will go for it to fit comfortably. We'll see how it holds up! I'm excited about this purchase.

May be good for some, but not me
This watch looks good but I couldn't use it for it's intended purpose. I'm a nursing major and needed a watch with a second hand to record vital signs like respiration and pulse rate in beats per minute. I didn't know when purchasing this watch that the second hand would make such a loud ticking noise which is incredibly distracting and the only way to stop it is to actually remove the battery. It's very hard for a me as a student to accurately record vital signs with the constant tick, tick, ticking noise coming from the watch literally every second. This watch now sits in a drawer, while I rely solely on the $5 watch I bought from Walmart...that does everything I need it to do and its quiet.

Not good for nurses
The good: It's easy to read. The bad:It's uncomfortable. The strap is stiff and has hard edges that dig into your wrist. It's a step second hand. I believed one of the reviews that said it was a sweep second hand. It is not. It's loud. The ticking is really loud, loud enough to be distracting while counting pulse and respiration, or to annoy the passengers in your car.Overall: I dislike this watch. It's already been demoted to spare. I keep it in my glovebox, and even there the front seat passenger in my car is annoyed by the ticking.

Don’t waste your money on this item
This watch broke within 30 minutes. Also is not eligible for returns because it has only been four days and I was going to return it and it’s not eligible for returns.

The only down side is that thewatch looks cheap
I got this because it has the military time, and its made out of rubber. The only down side is that the watch looks cheap... like children toy cheap. but it fits all the needs so thats why i gave it a 4 star. and when the seconds hand moves it makes a relatively loud clicking noise. It doesn't bother me, but i definitely notice it throughout the day.

just what I needed
I am a nursing student and this watch is just what I needed. It has a pretty large face with easy to see numbers. I love that it has the military time since I haven't quite gotten that down yet.The band is a little stiff at first but softens up quickly. I like that it doesn't have a bunch of grooves or material that can harvest bacteria. The only down side (for me) is how loud it is. I have to take it off when I'm not in clinicals because it ticks so loudly it drives me crazy in a quiet room.If it goes out I will definitely be purchasing another one!!
