Have only given 3 stars due to not being able to fully give the product chance to notice a difference as I had to stop taking them.Took these for a week and a half and for over 7days I had a constant banging headache, after looking up side effects for this product one of them were headaches.

i was reading up about supplements for dream enhancements/lucid dreaming and came across some recommendations for reishi. took this about 4 hours before bed time and experienced some very vivid, memorable dreams each night i took them. i also found it easy to fall asleep too and experienced a gentle sense of calmness after taking them. these are excellent for those looking to enhance their lucid dreaming experiences, improve dream recollection, and i have even found this helpful as an aid for meditation. the only downside was some minor gastrointestinal distress in the morning, but it didn't last long and it didn't bother me at all. definitely recommend

I bought these along with the Turkey Tail from another supplier, and so far I'm enjoying these, I can take them along with turkey tail, lions mane too with no side effects or detriment to the others, I'll be buying these again as their a high extract ratio that I've seen for the price!

I’ve worked out how much Reishi is actually in these and it’s not as advertised on the bottle. The doses are off completely. Recommend to only buy 100% pure Reishi without any additives. This will save your money to the amount of Reishi you get.
