Growing up we used to eat this super flower straight from the tree. It has great properties and we were encouraged to eat it by our parents. I trust very little on the market but this is what we used to eat for centuries.one thing mixing it takes a little effort and time.

Best fiber I have found yet!
I can’t recommend this fiber enough. I find it very easy to digest. I have never experienced bloating or stomach pain. I started with just a quarter scoop and worked up to a full scoop over 2 weeks. I incorporate daily in my protein smoothie.

The flavor isn't noticeable ... I put it in my coffee. It is a great way to get prebiotics, it has aided my digestion, and it is easy. Thank you

Good bought this on a Keri diet was helpful the fast was bad but if you but it some juice it will fast just fine
