Not only is it super convenient and takes literally 2 minutes to cook without boiling water but it also has a great texture & flavor and is so versatile. It holds up well in soups too. Very Happy with the taste of this pasta for sure. Just Add to dishes at the end of your cooking time. Pasta Cooks quickly and it adds good flavor and substance to one pot meals.

I bought the wrong pasta, it’s quite small, good for soups , not big enough to hold a sauce.I do love these pasta products , so easy to digest .
