Well still waiting for the effects. Unsure what I should be feeling. Nearly at the end of the bottle prob will order again as I know it takes time and there are lots of good reviews. But haven't felt any different to be honest. Maybe something going on inside and is yet to produce the positive after effects. ..there is a lot of me to work on lol

Previously I was taking another brand of NMN in a powder form for over a year, and found it really 10)% made a great difference, however, at £50 a bag, it became a little too much to spend on. I thought I would try these capsules, they are quite large, similar size to a large cod liver oil capsule.I've been taking them for 6 weeks, continuing on from the previous brand, so no lapse in between, I feel that my alertness and attention is dropping and it is becoming quite noticeable, to the point that I am back where I was before taking NMN supplements. I can only assume that this is either not as strong or a different grade to the previous brand.I will continue with the product until all gone, but will not be buying anymore. I will try another NMN product to see if that helps, if not, I will go back to the original one.

Surprised that this product is not a nad precursor because what I've read of the science papers, you can't get nad in this form as a supplement. It must, therefore, be NADH, and you don't want too much of this type of NAD. That said, I did buy it, and IMO it's a rock solid product.Seriously though, what are they putting in it?!

These have made sure h difrence in taken I had get some more. Made skin more youthful look. And I generally felt better in myself when took these. Av done resurch on these always looking good supplements to take 👌these I seen on Internet n surched them up myself on amazon and would definitely recommend👌

I bought these as I’d read good reviews regarding NAD on social media. I’ve only been using them for a week so it’s impossible to say if they have any benefits or not. I’d advise doing your research and deciding for yourself if this is the right product for you
