Keeping food frozen to defrost freezer
It was sweating outside bag and bread defrosted even though I put it in two bags as they are so thin. I was defrosting my freezer at the time.

Far too thin to be effective
These are just bin liners. Defrosted my freezer today, put the contents into three of these bags and into a separate fridge. Two hours later when the freezer was defrosted I pulled them out of the fridge and the contents had already started to thaw. If they're not going to keep food frozen while in a fridge for a couple of hours, then it seems unlikely that they'll keep food frozen on the way home from the supermarket.

Really useful when de-icing a large freezer
These bags really keep the contents of a chest freezer safely frozen whilst doing battle with build up of ice of ages. Still find that a hairdryer is the most helpful tool to use to speed up this tiresome chore.
