Very small and easy to take though slight yeasty taste if that doesn't bother you.

Having tried many supplements that promise much, but don't deliver, I came across this and tried it over a period of 2 weeks. I was pleasantly surprised how effective it was for my joints and more importantly for my skin. I have ordered a further supply. For the price and more than that the effect and result it brought, I would highly recommend this to all.

Raised my blood pressure perilously high

I've used this for a month and have not noticed a difference in anything. Maybe it takes longer. The tablets are very small, pink and easy to swallow, but they taste awful, they are very bitter and taste like prescription medicine. The taste lingers no matter how much water you drink with them.I'm going to try a well known brand to see if there's any difference between them and update.

I’ve ordered this product before and I was impressed by its quality. They are dosed for one tablet a day so the supply lasts for a while and it ends up being very reasonably priced. They are easy to swallow. Highly recommend.

Never heard of this before but on reading the benefits sound great.Great for skin, eye and joint health and an antioxidant so all round good supplement.Easy to swallow tablet that has a slight taste but not terrible.One a day months supply. So far so good. No adverse effects just beneficial quality.Recommend. Thank you
