I loved this until I didn't. I love that you just take once a day. I love all the ingredients except the stinging nettle. That had my skin stinging. Lol. A weird feeling. I truly wish they would make this without the stinging nettle.

DAO supplements tend to be pricey and this is no exception. I feel like for the money this is just on par with what is out there. I tend to take right before a meal and don't exactly like the very 'herby' taste coming from all the basil and nettle. I do like the added bromleain to aid in digestion so it is a mixed bag. I will probably go back to strictly a DAO supplement just to avoid how it changes my taste just a bit before I eat. If you do not take for food histamine reactions I imagine the taste is not as important and it is a good product made in the USA in a GMP facility.

I have a lot of histamine that I am constantly fighting. I was taking two of these multiple times a week and I wish I could say it made a difference. Sadly, it did nothing.Given the price of a single bottle, I can't recommend this product to anyone.Really disappointed.

I read a review of a similar product, and the person said they took two the first week and then switched to one daily (because all of these supplements are kind of spendy), and one a day has worked for me, too.Great product, and I am thrilled to have come across it.

I love this company's products so I always happily order something from them when I see it's available. I have tried 2 other DAO supplements that made me very ill for days but when I saw this product from this company... I knew I was in good hands and that it was worth a try. I do best on a low histamine diet so I was hoping this product would help with some of my symptoms... my congestion most of all. While it didn't help with my congestion, at least thankfully, it didn't make me sick at all. So that's why I gave it 5 stars. Other DAO products could make you very sick but this one at least won't do that. Overall, I can recommend trying this product if you have histamine issues and hopefully it will help you.
