Love the way these make me feel, improve my iron levels and overall health

My doctor prescribed an iron supplement because I was anemic, and I chose this clean product! The pharmacy iron supplement had all sorts of fillers and 3 different food colorings in it. So instead, I opted for FIQ-Recuperate IQ, which works really well! It's a great product and they don't add all sorts of nasty ingredients or fillers to their supplement. I highly recommend FIQ-Recuperate IQ!

Great supplement! I started drinking out of a CopperWater bottle to up my copper... and added this copper supplement a week later. Copper helps with iron overload in the body. Since replacing copper pipes with PVC, we no longer get the copper we need. I've found I have more energy, not as hungry, more satisfied, some inflammation disappeared, and lost a few pounds. And, about a month into using my CopperWater bottle, plus this supplement, my gray hair is actually getting darker!

As someone that takes iron because I’m anemic I didn’t think copper went hand in hand with Fe so since taking the both of these(6 hours apart) I don’t get cold feet and hands like i used to!

Don't normally do this but it's an excellent copper supplement it didn't give me nausea i feel great and lot of energy by the fourth day usually tired it i would warn people not take every single day because 10 mg could end being alot for the body then get into side effects but that's with every vitamin once a week or twice because if eating to much sugar damage the mitochondria of the cell that why you feel tired I also associated taking too many vitamins the same way but your body. would highly recommend

This is a wonderful product and gives you much needed and hard to get copper. When tested on my nutritionist's biofeedback, it basically helped my EVERYTHING...definitely most beneficial suppleme i take. However, I just opened a new bottle and felt like the quantity was low and sure enough, there were only 50 capsules and not 60! So it only gets 4 ☆

The product didn't gave me any negative side effects but did I notice any changes maybe I need to give it more time. Giving 5stars because no negative effects.
