Was ok, helped a bit with anxiety and calming my mind enough to sleep but wasn’t as effective as other products I’ve used. Bought it to replace buying 2+ grass and co products but am now going back to their relax because the sleep issue and anxiety are my main concerns and this didn’t quite do it for me.

Good product with good nutritional content at a responsible price

I am very late to talking about this due to reasons I will mention at the end but here I go:I acquired this since I believe I had tried a different supplement by the seller that I liked both for what was in it and the simple but nice looking style the packaging has, its no different for this one which boasts a pretty good list of ingredients that make up its 1600mg dosage. The reason you'd want something like this over more powerful 1 ingredient specific supplements, in my opinion, is to test them out or to make sure you give a small boost to your overall health since these cover many things. That said its also worth noting that this sort of thing takes time (as in weeks) for the effect to be fully noticeable and even then you might only outwardly feel a boost in energy and/or mood so keep that in mind. I felt no negative effects from taking them as that is something worth pointing out. I think the price seems relatively recommendable for what is there.Now for what I mentioned at the start, these seem to no longer be available which in turn means I no longer had to write this or more correctly thought I had no option to but turns out if you know the asin you know its amazon page and therefore here I am to share my thoughts that might not be read by anyone else.
