Was taking another supplement with similar ingredients but they were out. I’ve been using this for about a week and am getting equal effect. Works for mood and sleep.

I am relatively new to GABA, but have taken some of the ingredients in these capsules separately, or combined and compounded with different supplements. This blend is really working for me. I did my diligence and did the research of the 5 HTP before I ordered these. They work incredibly well for me. I’ve taken them (1/2 dose) in the evening when I’ve been extremely stressed and they’ve gently calmed my mood, and I’ve also taken them during the night when I can’t sleep, sometimes the full two capsules and sometimes just the 1/2 dosage but with a magnesium chaser, but all I can say is they work for me for both instances. I sleep better than I have for years…and I have great dreams. I used to get 4 hrs.if I was lucky and now I’m a solid 7-9 hrs and I wake up feeling refreshed. Im definitely reordering these. Made in the USA, which is the only supplements I will take, and 60 Veggie Capsules with no ill effects whatsoever. 5/5⭐️’s from me.

I worry about taking things made overseas in some places.Results will vary. But the most important thing is being safe, and I felt safe with them.
