So I started taking these because I had extremely high stress levels from taking care of my mom (who had dementia) for the last 10 years of her life. I had gottto the point where I only slept 2.5 - 3 hours at a time, with an afternoon nap of an hour. Needless to say, after mom passed, my body crashed and I could barely get up to walk to the bathroom for almost a year.Fast forward 15 months, and Im at least able to walk somewhat around my house, but I still cant sleep well, and when I do I feel nothing but anxiety in my body. My mind races, and its hard to shut it down. Also, I have uncontrollable cravings for the weirdest pizza, that makes me even sicker. I know what to do, but haven't been able to get the cravings under control so that I can do the other things like meditation, eating healthy, etc...ChatGPT recommended something that had the Ashwagandha & 5HTP in it, and I found this product. BEH-BAY! This has been so helpful! I started with only taking 1 pill versus the full dosage because I saw where people said it can mess with your stomach and I have bad GI issues. So I thought I would ease into it. But with just taking 1 of these pills at nighttime (thatwhen the cravings & restlessness kick in) Ive noticed that Im able to regain some control over my stress levels, and I dont seem to crave the foods as much. I still might get them, but before I could polish off a whole thin crust medium onion & pineapple pizza w/bbq sauce in one sitting (I told you the craving was weird, lol). Now, I might go thru 1 pizza in 2 days. Also, Im starting to crave salads again.Ive only been taking this for about 3 weeks. Today I upped the dose to 2 pills (the recommended is 3), so I'll see how I do in a few weeks. I almost NEVER write reviews, but this has been so helpful I actually took time out and purposefully let folks know how this supplement has helped me.

I’ve been taking this for a few months now and at first I didn’t think I could notice a different until I ran out for a couple weeks! I started having a hard time falling asleep and if I did I would have anxiety dreams and wake up groggy. Once I started taking them again I slept better, felt like I could focus more during the day and stay calmer throughout the day. I didn’t notice it effecting my appetite but all in all I will take the calm and better sleep!

OMD where to start… I just don’t know what to think about this. At first was interesting and paid no mind.I Tried this for 1month taking 1 at first then increased up to 3. I noticed when I take it, I keep getting vivid nightmares. Very disturbing… at time I woke up disturbed by a vivid dream of the day, and one time woke up forcefully waking because the intensity of a dream. Imagine a dream you trying to wake just to get out of it so bad.Wears Dreams I Never EVER Had and Had:my kid being kidnapped and you chasing so bad trying to go after the person.Massive planet crashing right in front of you and forcing yourself to wake…Family being Murder right in front of you!The rest ether can’t remember, or too vivid to share.

I’m on the 3 bottles . I love the convenience of having all the essential amino acids blended together in one serving of 3 capsules. It replaced taking 7 capsules at one time. It helps me a tone with mood regulation. Thanks to this brand I successfully discontinued antidepressants. Thank God

Got this to help me relax/be more at ease and it's definitely helped. I'm less agitated. I will keep taking it for sure.
