Q: How does this fair with hard water?

It's worked wonderfully in Phoenix, AZ. We have extremely hard water and I've been very happy with how well it cleans and how kind it is to my more sensitive laundry (performance/ wicking materials).

Q: Is the canister recyclable?

Yes, but I just buy their refills in paper bags and use the canister over and over again. That saves you money too.

Q: Is this laundry powder suitable for delicates?

Extremely suitable for delicates. In fact, now it is the only detergent I use for my delicates (nylon, polyester/ spandex, compression garments, and other delicate fabrics). It cleans very well and maintains the health of the fabric.
