No weight hip thrusts are enough for me, but maybe if you are more advanced...
Sturdy. Well made. Not sure I use it correctly, nor do I think I need it. No weight hip thrusts are enough for me. Maybe I'll grow into it as I improve my strength.

Great idea and ability to utilize my weights an additional way
Adjustable Hip Thrust Belt for use with Plates, Dumbbells, or Kettlebells, for Glutes, Workouts, by NEXFIT. The Belt is fully adjustable for waist sised 25.5” up to a 60” - I was able to size it easily and comfortably. I have multiple pairs of weights, it’s easy to connect the weights. The strap manages the weight fine. It is an exercise that I could benefit from doing regularly and I like having the strap for this function. Unique idea.

Nice piece of gear to improve your at home workouts
It's easy to use and doesn't take up hardly any space so it's good for people like me who don't have the room for a home gym and don't have the time to go to a gym. I like that i can do more weight with this at home exercise.

Poor instructions, design, and stability lead to disappointing recovery workouts
NEXFIT's exercise hip thrust belt includes the most confusing directions ever. As a fairly petite individual, I found myself foolishly attempting to follow the directions to wrap the belt around my waist, which made me question how in the world it could possibly accommodate someone w/ up to a 60" waist. I eventually decided the directions were bollocks and that the belt is not actually intended to wrap around the waist based on review of other comparable products.Although the material backing is comfortable enough, wearing the belt is not. It lacks stable and doesn't remain in place very well. Additionally, it's performance is somewhat middling, as even the weight of my lighter 10lb recovery dumbbells causes the velcro to lose its grip and slip. The adjustment strap/belt has no sort of mechanism to keep it tight, so it continuously loosens w/ every breath. Not the greatest as this leads to my weights dangling too low and hitting the floor prematurely, making my workouts pretty ineffective. I suppose that it might work "good enough" in a pinch, but I will continue searching for better solutions to meet my needs.

Perfect Hip Thrust 'Belt'
Yes, this isn't a belt in the traditional sense but no need for it to be. The weight of the weight you add holds it perfectly in place*Note- I use this with heavy dumbbells. Can't speak for use with light weightYou can feel the quality of this when you open it. The weights easily velcro in. The other expensive hip thrust belts I've used have folded over so that dictated how far apart the weights were. I LOVE that this one doesn't have that feature, you can secure them closer to your body for better range of motion. I didnt have any issues with the weights sliding, which was NOT the case with the more expensive belts. This belt states it hold up to 400lbs, which is much more than the competitors' 100 lbs. This felt very secure and the price is actually hard to believe for what you get. I even had a girl in the gym ask me about it. I was proud to tell her the brand name and how affordable it was. I only hope the velcro and seams hold strong. I am so happy to have this and will definitely recommend!

Nice belt. lays across your body, and doesn't attach to you in any way. Hold the weights on either side. Works really well.I was super excited when I was asked to try this thrust belt out in exchange for a review. I love doing hip thrusts. It is great for core strength and also for my knees. I'm hyper mobile and have had multiple knee surges, so it is important for me to keep my body in shape and muscle strength balanced so that I don't over extend my joints.I've only had this belt for a few days, but I am in love already and I can't believe I never ordered something like this before. It is perfect for my home gym and my lifestyle. I even used this in front of the TV today while I watched an episode of a new series. The show kept me entertained and the time flew by. I got in a great workout. For less than $20, this is a great find. Love the quality and ease of use. I highly recommend it.Now if only I could find something equally as enjoyable to use to workout with for my arms.....

NexFit Exercise Hip Thrust Belt - Comfortably Add Weights to Exercises
This is a review for the NexFit Exercise Hip Thrust Belt.PROS: Versatile way to add weights to exercises (esp. glutes), like hip thrusts, squats and lunges. Compatible with weights like kettlebells (best balance), dumbbells, and plates (if barbell hole is large enough). Material is comfortable, cushioned, strong and high quality. Hook and loop (Velcro) fastening is strong enough for fairly heavy weights (with a buckled strap for backup).CONS: Not exactly a "belt", as it does not strap around body (and a few photos and instructions are also confused about this); The belt simply lays flat on an area (the strap seems to be only for extra support of weights). Strap may be too wide to fit into the hole on smaller plate style weights. Belt may be too long for certain floor exercises (weights hit ground early). Dumbbells may shift and hang awkwardly.OVERALL: 4 out of 5 stars. Recommended for comfortably adding weights to any applicable exercise.

It works
It’s a little hard to step up at first but it does work! It’s nice when you don’t have access to a gym and you want to start expanding your home workouts. It’s cheaply made but it does the trick. It’s pretty comfortable too. Overall it does the trick!
