Great rod for the money
I have these Jenko rods and also some Pinnacle Limit rods both in 12' length. I would consider both to be starter rods for spider rigging or long lining for crappie but I MUCH prefer these to the Limit rods. These have some backbone and feel like a quality rod. They are heavier than a graphite rod but they stay in a rod holder while fishing so that's not an issue for me. I've caught quite a few crappie on them this spring and have no issues swinging crappie into the boat with them. I would definitely recommend these for spider rigging or long lining. I have not pushed crankbaits with them but I have no doubt that they would do fine doing so.

Different than graphite, but pretty good!
Took a chance on the great price and I am pretty happy with these rods. The action is a lot different than graphite jig poles but once you get used to it you can put slabs in the boat.

This rod does great for trolling 1/16 oz jigs. Easy to see bites as it has a sensitive tip

Came with defective ends . I have over 50 years experience river fishing buy lots of rods . This is beyond generic . Only had a sticker for brand no line weight info . Seller and manufacturer were not interested in pictures . Returned it . Order 3 B&M 12 foot graphite jig rods , for local rivers getting good German Brown trout .
